For each postgraduate student, the Department Assembly, following the proposal of the Coordinating Committee, appoints a faculty member of the Department of Physics as a supervisor from among the lecturers of the specialization. The Coordinating Committee and the Supervising Professor are responsible for monitoring and controlling the progress of the postgraduate student’s studies.
The Department of Physics, in each academic year, appoints Study Advisors for all first-year students. The procedure for notifying the Study Advisor for each first-year student is communicated through the official website of the Department.
